Hold Not Thy Peace, O God Of My Praise
(To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.) Hold not thy peace, O God of my praise; For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful are opened against me: they have spoken against me with a lying tongue. They compassed me about also with words of hatred; and fought against me without a cause. For my love they are my adversaries: but I give myself unto prayer. Psalms 109:1-4
For as many days as we are granted upon this earth, there will be those who hate us for our love of God.
Let us turn to prayer, always. All power belongs to God.
Rebuke returning evil for evil. Allow our Father his place within every storm, for it is there our faith is strengthened and his holy name glorified.
Hold not thy peace, O God of my praise!
All is well. Alleluia!
