Your Faith Is Not In Vain
“And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins.” 1 Corinthians 15:17
Had Christ been nothing more than a mortal man and not the Son of God, then our faith would be worthless.
Had Christ been nothing more than a mortal man, we would still be neck-deep in our sins.
Had Christ been nothing more than a mortal man, hope would not exist.
Yet, Christ was and is the Son of the Most High, the great I Am.
Our hope is alive in him; we are redeemed!
Christ’s death and resurrection, his sorrowful beautiful death, while savagely nailed to a tree, drenched us in his sacrificial, healing, merciful, blood.
Our faith is not in vain, not that day, not this day, not any day. Amen!
All is indeed well. Alleluia!
