Thou Shalt Worship The Lord Thy God

“And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.

If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.

And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.” Luke 4:6-8

Satan roams still, offering power and ease in this world to all who bend their knee in worship of him.

We draw upon the example of our Lord and Savior, Jesus. We stand firm in our faith. Get behind us, Satan.

When we grow weary of our heartache and troubles, we turn to the only one who saves: Jesus.

“I Am The Way, The Truth, and The Life “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6

Amen.
