Strengthen Me According To Your Word

“My soul melts away for sorrow; strengthen me according to your word!” Psalms 119:28

Father, our souls are burdened and we wonder how much longer we can endure. Strengthen us for your tasks, O LORD.

There are souls still to be saved. There are mountains still to be moved. There are impossible obstacles still to be overcome.

Indeed, our souls melt with heaviness, yet we find peace, mercy, and grace in you, Father. Our joy is in your commandments; our rejoicing is in your enduring love and protection. We wait on you, O LORD.
