Finally, My Brethren, Be Strong In The Lord
“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.” Ephesians 6:10
As heirs to God Almighty we are able to draw from his power, from his might and strength. As we go about the business of our Father in this world, awaiting our reward in the next, we take on the whole armor of God so that we may withstand in the days of evil.
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
Wickedness, the fullness of every evil, has its sight set on destroying God’s beloved. Yet, if God is for us, who can be against us (Romans 8:31)? We are the elect of God – holy and beloved.
Be strong in the Lord, in the power of his might!
Onward, Warriors.
All is well. Alleluia!
