No One Can Enter The Kingdom Of God Without Being Born Of Water And Spirit

“Jesus answered, Amen, amen, I say to you, no one can enter the kingdom of God without being born of water and Spirit.” John 3:5

Jesus is clear: that which is born of flesh and bone, is of flesh and bone, but that which is born of water and the Spirit is of the Spirit.

We transform from the flesh to be born of the Spirit when we accept Christ Jesus.

John spoke in Matthew 3:11: “As for me, I baptize you with water for repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, and I am not fit to remove His sandals; He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.”

What we do know is the days are but a vapor; time passes quickly. For those not born of water and Spirit, we pray that they may come quickly – that they may chase after the kingdom!

God sent Jesus. Jesus shed his blood for all sin. Take the hand of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, in baptism, today. The kingdom and all the gifts within, awaits.
