And The LORD said to Him, “But I Will Be With You”
And the LORD said to him, “But I will be with you and you shall strike the Midiandites as one man.” Judges 6:16
Gideon aired his disbelief to the angel of the LORD that he could deliver Israel, because not only was his clan the weakest, but he was the least within his family. (Judges 6: 12-27) The angel of the LORD answered: But I will be with you.
Glory, LORD!
We are weak and small and unable to do our Father’s work until God enables us through HIS strength, through HIS deliverance, through HIS protection.
As in the days of Moses and Gideon, we are the weakest, yet when God is with us, his way is the way of delivering our impossible.
LORD, let us not boast of any accomplishment without acknowledging that you are with us; you are the doer, you are the mighty hand that guides us to all victories.
Glory, LORD!
All is well. Alleluia!
