Though I Walk Amid Distress, You Preserve Me
Though I walk amid distress, you preserve me; against the anger of my enemy you raise your hand; your right hand saves me. The LORD will complete what he has done for me; you kindness, O LORD, endures forever; forsake not the work of your hands. Psalm 138:7-8
We live in a grievous world where trouble abounds.
If not for the strength of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, we would be defeated, crushed in spirit, in every way, for every day.
Yet, Jesus.
That he lives, means we live. That he forgives, means we forgive. That he loves, means we love.
We are eternal beings through Christ; death has no hold on us.
The Lord will perfect that which concerns us. His mercy endures forever.
All is well. Alleluia!
