The LORD Thy God In The Midst Of Thee Is Mighty

“The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.” Zephaniah 3:17

God rejoices over us with his purest lovingkindness. He sings his delighted joy.

The Holy of Holy, the Creator of our soul, the Breath of Life who knitted us together in the womb, the Light of the World, the Great I Am, the Alpha and Omega, loves us, rejoices over us, cares for us, protects us, saves us, and sings with joy over us.

He rests in his love for that which he created: you and me.

There is nothing more powerful, more beautiful, more awe-inspiring, than God’s infinite love for us; in our midst, God is mighty.

Go in peace. Love one another. Rest in the bounty of God’s eternal joy for you.
