Take Fast Hold Of Instruction; Let Her Not Go

“Take fast hold of instruction; let her not go: keep her; for she is thy life.” Proverbs 4:13

We have free will to choose. We either clasp instruction and turn from evil, from wickedness, or continue in our sin.

Receive God and his sayings, his word, and he promises the years of your life shall be many (Proverbs 4:10).

God’s wisdom is freely and fully available, is to be had through his written word and to be understood through the Spirit of the Lord.

“And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;” Isaiah 11:2

Read, pray, hold fast to God’s instruction; take fast hold of instruction.
