I Am The Light Of The World

“Again Jesus again spoke to them, saying, ‘I am the light of the world; he who follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.’” John 8:12

Jesus spoke to the ancients as he speaks to us today: “I am the light of the world.”

Follow him and no longer be engulfed in the darkness of this world, but instead be bathed in the light of eternal life.

Father, our prayer is that we may have ears to hear to holy call of Jesus. May we ever follow your Son, in the brightness of forgiveness, as his sacrificial blood delivers us from evil.

Glory to you, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost!
