Father, I Thank Thee That Thou Hast Heard Me

“Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me.” John 11:41

Jesus, lifting his eyes to the heavens, prayed to his Father in thanksgiving for having been heard.

“I thank thee that thou hast heard me.”

All is given from heaven.

May we follow our Savior’s example. May we ever remember that our Father, who loves us deeply, hears us.

Thank you, Father, for your ears that hear and your eyes that see.
