Blessed Be The God And Father Of Our Lord Jesus Christ

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:” Ephesians 1:3

God chose us before the foundation of the world. He knew us before he knitted us in our mother’s womb.

What a fearsome and powerful understanding of who we are to our Father. We are his beloved.

“Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.” Ephesians 1:5-6

We ARE his children by Christ Jesus himself. Blessed be God!

May we take this wonder into our hearts, minds, and souls. May we be strengthened in our weakness. May God’s joy in us be our joy in him.
