And The Blood Of Jesus Christ Cleanses Us From All Sin

“But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanses us from all sin.” 1 John 1:7

God is light; there is no darkness in him. If we remain in the darkness, yet proclaim to have fellowship with God, we lie.

We are a sinful people, meant to confess our sins before God. It is through our confession that he is faithful and forgiving, cleansing us from all unrighteousness.

May we ever examine our hearts, confess our sins, and bear the holy fruit of his sacred word within us.

Father, we ache to walk in your light!
