And Lead Us Not Into Temptation; But Deliver Us From Evil

“And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.” Luke 11:4

Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, we rejoice that we are saved by the sacrificial blood of Jesus; our sin is fully forgiven!

We praise and thank your holy name, Jesus!

Lead us not into the smooth and easy temptations of this fallen world.

Lead us to forgive others who hurt us, disappoint us, work against us, as we would want forgiveness of our failings.

May we work to cause no harm to others. May our mind, body, and spirit be ever focused on life everlasting.

Deliver us from all that is not of you; deliver us from the final test, O Lord!

All is well. Alleluia!
