The Onslaught Of Evil

“Harsh and utterly grievous was the onslaught of evil.” Maccabees 6:3

How often we think that this day, this age, is the period of evil like no other. It is not. For as long as Satan has reigned upon his earthly throne, his spirits of destruction have been endlessly feasting upon souls. End times will come, yet until Christ returns, the vileness of evil advances against us, scouring the earth to lead souls to their utter demise.

May we ever be vigilant in our lives to shine the light of Christ through all we do. Pray unceasingly that all souls may go to Heaven, especially those most in need of his mercy.

Lord, lead us to be a help in this world. Lead us in your grace and the fullness of your love for all.
