Even These May Forget, Yet I Will Not Forget You
“But Zion said, ‘The LORD has forsaken me, my Lord has forgotten me.’ Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should have no compassion on the son of her womb? Even these may forget, yet I will not forget you.” Isaiah 49:14-15
We have walked through the terror of this land feeling abandoned by our LORD: our prayers parched; our spirit withered in hunger for his presense.
“Yet, I will not forget you.” Glory, LORD!
May we cling to his promises in our anguish, believing his love never fails, as he is near.
My brothers and sisters in Christ, lift one another to the LORD in unceasing prayer. Love one another in all ways. Forget no one in their despair of mistaken abandonment of the Great I AM.
God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost, bless us and keep us.
All is well. Alleluia!
