If They Persecuted Me; They Will Persecute You

“Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted me, they will persecute you; if they kept my word, they will keep yours also.” John 15:20

Those who persecute us do not know the Father and we pray on for their souls, for their conversion.

Lord God Almighty, bring those who hate Jesus, who hate you, to the holy light of understanding: that it was through your love for us that Jesus has saved us from our sins.

Fear not. Remember the words of Jesus and be encouraged and strengthened in faith.
