For He Who Is In You Is Greater Than He Who Is In The World

“Little children, you are of God, and have overcome them; for he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.” 1 John 4:4

Greater is God that is in us, than the evil of this world. Amen.

Father, tuck your holy word in our hearts, to be recalled as the spirits of irritation, fear, anger, or doubt seek to destroy.

Let us confess our sins, confess the name of Jesus, who has come in the flesh, pouring his sacrificial healing blood over us, for all days, in all ways.

“Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:

And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.” 1 John 4:2-3

The spirit of the antichrist roams now, this day, and all days until his demise.

Yet, Jesus, God incarnate, protects offers us eternal life, as we confess his truth.
