I Have Been Young, And Now Am Old; Yet Have I not Seen The Righteous Forsaken, Nor His Seed Begging Bread
“I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.” Psalms 37:25
The righteous is never forsaken. Amen.
In our youth we question, we probe, we watch, we learn, we decide if God is the God of all creation, if he is our creator worthy to be worshiped and praised.
After many years of watching and learning, my advanced-age experience has taught me, God has taught me, that the righteous, those who seek God, who love God, who come through his Son, Christ Jesus, are never abandoned, never left, never alone…always loved.
We will fail him. We will struggle. We will rejoice. Yet, we will never be forsaken.
Continue in faith, in the hope you have in Christ, and you will be among the righteous, never to be wanting.
All is well. Alleluia!
