Unto Thee, O LORD, Do I Lift Up My Soul
“Unto thee, O LORD, do I lift up my soul.” Psalms 25:1
No matter where we find ourselves today, no matter how bleak things may look, no matter the questions, the doubt, the abject fear we face: let us lift up our soul to God.
Father, in our purest nature, in our sinful state, in joy unspoken for our redemption, we lift up our soul to thee.
There is no greater way than yours.
There is no greater goodness than yours.
There is no greater love than yours.
Close your eyes. Breathe in the name of Jesus. Exhale the world’s burden and grief.
Dearest Father, we humbly and gratefully lift our soul to thee.
All is well. Alleluia!
