For He Shall Save His People From Their Sins

“And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.” Matthew 1:21

The prophet foretold, “Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.” (Matthew 1:23)

Upon the greatly anticipated birth of our Savior, the King of the World, the blessed Emmanuel, holy prophecy was fulfilled. The birth of Christ brings light to the darkness and offers life everlasting.

Jesus saves his people, you and me, from our sins. He is the gift of the ages.

May our souls, that long for home, seek Jesus in all ways, for all days.
