For The Prophecy Came Not In Old Time By The Will Of Man

“For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.” 2 Peter 1:21

The prophecies came not by man’s hand or will, but by men of God filled with the Holy Ghost. They were not in the flesh, yet in the Spirit (Romans 8:9), receiving the holy Word of God.

Through man’s mouth, moved by the Holy Ghost.

Today, we marvel at God’s glory through the Word brought forward by his faithful servants, for all.

May we be as devoted to our Father today as the men of old.
