Taking it all in Stride

Throughout my ohsohot summer training, I decided to work on my stride in the hopes of improving my overall times.  I have since noticed a trend: my slow-times are better than my slow-times.  WHAT?!  Could it be that my training worked?

Apparently, the summer’s stride-work/speed-training took root.  After a few years of slow-slow-slow-as-you-go times, it is a nice surprise to see my times per mile improving.

How nice is it?  So nice that I made a ridiculous video for you.
