Texas has weather that can be frigid, downright hot and temperately lovely all in one day, so sometimes it can be confusing when celebrating traditionally cold-weather holidays like Thanksgiving. The week of Thanksgiving, we get homegrown tomatoes on the vine:
The week of Thanksgiving, we run around barefooted and in shorts while wishing the snowcone truck would come down our street.

Quick! To the all-remembering white board!
Momma loves her board.
Happy Thanksgiving Week, Turkeys!
